The Technician was an employee at Play Pals, working at the company around the time when Mr. Sullivan wants the Chucky doll repaired.
Biography[]
The Technician work on the Chucky doll with Mr. Sullivan watching behind glass. He uses a machine to apply the eyeballs to the doll, but it gets stuck.
After banging on it, the machine continues to work until it electrocutes him and sends him flying through a window.
