Fulvia is the nanny of Glen and Glenda. She works under Tiffany Valentine, who is in Jennifer Tilly's body.

While Fulvia adored Glen, going so far as to call him an angel, she was very terrified of Glenda, and complained that she was almost evil. She goes on to list of Glenda giving a boy a bloody nose and taking pictures of it for show and tell, calling a cat the "c-word", and taking money from her purse.
On Glen and Glenda's birthday, she tries to quit her job because she is afraid of Glenda, whom she believes is a troubled child. Tiffany tells her she can go, but then beats her to death with her doll body.
